About Techno Park Sofia

Techno Park Sofia will be built on an area of 6000 m2 in Druzhba 2 district, Sofia, just nearby Prof. Cv. Lazarov Blv. This location is chosen because of its closeness to Sofia Airport, as well as to some of Sofia's main roads connecting the complex to the center of the city.

The project is to build 4 buildings - 3 for offices and production, and one for administration, maintenance and service facilities. The companies occupying the complex will have access to a lot of modern conveniences - central air-conditioning, high speed internet, sauna, fitness, coffee shops, restaurants, stores and a large parking lot for each building as well as underground parking lots.

The construction of the first building began Dec 2004. It will be situated on an area of 400 m2 and will have 5 floors. The entire surface of the building is 2000 m2.

The interior of the building is designed to have a minimum of baring walls, so each office space can be modified according the occupant's specific needs and activities. Each floor can be used by a single company or divided into two parts and be used by two separate companies. Each floor has a lobby and sanitary rooms. The service rooms are designed in a way which allows them to be divided and used by one or two companies. The tenants/buyers can use the loading platform and warehouse spaces in the basement of the building.

The first building must be built by the end of 2005. The interior of each office will be made in addition according to each occupant's requirements.
